Nurse Career Improvement Center
There is no denying the fact that tender mind for patients is most important role of a nurse. However, with the change in values and needs for medical welfare of public health, and with upgrading and specialization of medical treatments, the role of nursing has been enhanced and high quality of nursing care is in demand. In April 2012, with the aim to meet such expectations, The Nurse Career Improvement Center was established in the University Hospital.
In September 2012, it was decided to provide a nursing curriculum certified by the Japanese Nursing Association in this center and to train the certified nurses in cancer chemotherapy field.
